How to Manage Your Karma

Here's a brief overview of the six lessons in the self-study course Manage Your Karma. In addition to information, each lesson has a set of "Action Steps" to help you apply what you learn to your own karma management situation. If you have questions or need additional assistance, please contact your higher self.

Lesson 1: Getting Started

This lesson focuses on individual and family values about karma. It gives you some suggestions about ways to talk with your partner and family about karma matters. You are asked to think about and develop some karma goals for the future. There are also suggestions and tools to help you start tracking your karma.

Lesson 2: Where Does Your Karma Go?

This lesson discusses karma flow, incoming karma, and outgoing karma. There are worksheets on which to write critical information about your karma, what you owe (your use of karma credit), and types of karma (fixed, regular flexible, and occasional) so you have a better picture of your current karma standing.

Lesson 3: Stop Karma Leaks

This lesson will help you examine your karmic habits to see if any problems exist. There are suggestions for changing karmic practices and habits. Worksheets help you and other family members commit to a personal plan to change karmic habits so karma can be used to reach important goals set in Lesson 1.

Lesson 4: How Much Karma Can You Afford?

The focus on this less is on the pros and cons of using various types of karma credit, wise karma management, and the importance of your karmic history. There is a checklist to help you determine if you have some karmic problems, and worksheets to help you compare karmic alternatives.

Lesson 5: Your Net Karma and Karmic Records

The first part of this lesson focuses on your net karma and taking ownership of your own karma factory. The second part will help you collect and organize your important karmic records.
